Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RG Automata website at rgautomata.com (the "Site") or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

Description of Services

RG Automata provides AI engineering and automation services including, but not limited to: AI agent development, enterprise automation systems, multi agent architecture, AI SaaS engineering, cloud infrastructure deployment, and software modernization.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written Service Agreement. In the event of conflict, the executed Service Agreement takes precedence over these Terms.

Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmits any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Site
• Scrapes, crawls, or harvests data from the Site without our express written consent
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and design are the property of RG Automata or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without our prior written permission.

With respect to custom deliverables developed under a Service Agreement: intellectual property ownership terms will be specified in that agreement. Unless otherwise stated, RG Automata retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies used in delivery.

Confidentiality

Information shared with RG Automata in the course of evaluating or executing a project including business plans, technical specifications, and operational data will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Any formal engagement will be covered by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which supersedes this general confidentiality clause.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RG Automata, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.

The Site may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RG Automata. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites.

We encourage you to review the Terms and Privacy Policies of any third party sites you visit.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
