Welcome to WP Bulk, a product owned and operated by RG Automata (Jay Girishbhai Ramani). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WP Bulk platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using or purchasing from RG Automata, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Definitions

  • “RG Automata” refers to the company based in Gujarat, India, that owns and operates WP Bulk.
  • “User” or “You” refers to any person or business using our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. WP Bulk is designed primarily for business and professional purposes.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities under your account.

RG Automata is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WP Bulk for any unlawful, abusive, or unethical activities. Specifically, you must not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Violate WhatsApp or Meta platform rules.
  • Spread misinformation, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with platform functionality or security.

5. Messaging Disclaimer

WP Bulk automates messaging through WhatsApp Web. RG Automata does not monitor or control message content. Users are solely responsible for message compliance under Indian IT and communication laws.

6. Subscription & Payments

  • RG Automata does not store any payment credentials.
  • All fees are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details and stable internet connectivity during transactions.

7. Refund & Cancellation

As detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, all purchases are final. RG Automata is not liable for transaction failures or duplicate charges caused by user or network errors.

8. Data & Privacy

RG Automata collects and shares minimal user data solely for operational and payment processing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • RG Automata is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuation of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RG Automata, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising out of misuse, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

RG Automata reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse, non-payment, or legal violations without refund. Terminated accounts lose all data access and service privileges.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

13. Modifications

RG Automata may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
