Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs payments, cancellations and refunds for services provided by RG Automata ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms contained in this Policy.

1. General

  • All payments made to RG Automata are final and non-refundable except where mandatory under applicable law.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the service meets your requirements prior to payment. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, demo materials and our Terms of Service before purchasing.
  • RG Automata provides services on an "as-is" basis and will provide reasonable support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in all environments.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remainder of that period.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for payments made, except when required by law or if we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
  • You accept all risks associated with using third-party payment processors. Any chargebacks or disputes processed by payment providers will be handled according to their policies and applicable law, we are not automatically required to provide refunds beyond those policies.
  • If a refund is required by law, we will comply and issue the refund in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

4. Account Blocking, Suspension or Termination

If your account is blocked, suspended or terminated due to misuse, violation of third-party platform rules (for example bulk messaging policies), or any action by an external service, RG Automata will not be held responsible for losses or inability to use the service, and no refund will be issued because of such third-party actions.

5. Misrepresentation or Faulty Expectations

While RG Automata makes reasonable efforts to describe its services accurately, we are not liable for perceived misrepresentation unless required by law. You should perform your own due diligence before purchase.

6. Support and Remedies

We provide support to help you use our services. If you experience problems, please contact our support at support@rgautomata.com. Where feasible, we will attempt to resolve issues; however, providing support does not create an obligation to issue refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RG Automata's liability in connection with refunds, cancellations or any related claims is limited. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when this page was last revised. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Policy.
